Delete your account

You can delete your Skinify account and the data linked to it at any time. Deletion happens straight away and cannot be undone.

How to delete

• In the app: open Settings, tap Delete Account & Data, then tap the red Delete Account & Data button and confirm.
• Without the app: email support@skinify.ai from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account", and tell us whether you signed in with Google or Apple. We confirm the request is yours and delete the account within 30 days. Guest accounts have no email address, so they can only be deleted in the app.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, email, phone number, age, gender, country, language, delivery address and profile photos.
• Every scan: its photo, its results and your face-matching profile.
• Your routines, products, daily logs, streaks, badges, reminders, notifications, product feedback and restock dates.
• Your cart, orders and ambassador application.
• Support requests you sent.
• Your sign-in account and push-notification token.
• On this phone: everything Skinify stored locally, including your friends list.

What may remain

• Server logs and database backups, for a limited period until they are overwritten.
• Copies of order emails held by our email provider, our order team and partner sellers.
• Records of messages we sent you, and reports other users made about you.
• Data already held by our analytics and advertising partners. Email us and we will ask them to delete it.
• Aggregated statistics that cannot identify you.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or you will keep being charged.

Sign in with Apple

If you signed in with Apple, you will be asked to confirm with Apple so we can remove Skinify's access to your Apple ID.
